About Me

Hello and thank you for visiting my page.  My name is Adrian Outlaw and I am a career Army officer and finally attempting to figure out what I want to be when I grow up!  I am a husband, father, son, brother, leader, automotive enthusiast, life long learner, and aspiring entrepreneur.  

I started this blog to document my transition from military service to civilian life.  Every moment so far has been a new experience and a small step forward in my own journey of self discovery.  I left home four days after graduating from high school to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point and I haven't been home for longer than two weeks in the last 22 years.  In a few short years, freedom awaits, and as I prepare for those next steps in my life, I learn a little bit more about who I've been for the first half of my life and what I would like to become for the next half.  On this site I will document my thoughts, feelings, experiences, efforts at self-improvement, successes and failures, and begin to share my budding creativity.
